We would like you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from CiaoBella.in You can return all items within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchased.
This excludes bodysuits and swimwear.
The refund amount will be credited back to your Ciaobella.in wallet account as a credits voucher or credit points.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return & exchange will be reviewed and honoured up to 7 days from the date of order delivered.
Dresses Bought on clearance Sale are Not Returnable,Refundable / Exchangeable, all Dresses comes under Stock Clearance for which only mentioned sizes will be available.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please WhatsApp our customer care at 8178000404 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID.
Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
- Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the original packing and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
- Any product without a valid, readable, untampered order number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered.
- Any product from which the tags has been removed from its original packaging.
- The exchange policy allows swapping of sizes only where we find the case to be genuine & you received a different size from ordered size. We request you to get size chart of that particular product you intend to buy in case you have confusion. Plus Size may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. You can get the exact chart of particular product via WhatsApp if its not updated on website.
Refund will be done in form of store wallet credit points/ store credit which will be equivalent to the value of the order that has been returned back to us. You can use these wallet / credit points at www.ciaobella.in in your future purchase at ciaobella.in to get equivalent deduction in total amount.
If a customer wants to return product, they will need to send product to our warehouse by their own courier service and company is not liable to pay for such courier charges.
Cash on Delivery Charges & Shipping Charges are non refundable.
Product may differ a little bit from the image shown on website (differences come from light and camera). No refund will be entertained in such cases
This policy has certain RULES and EXCEPTIONS, which are listed below:
- All the items purchased must be unused with their tags and packaging in the original condition.
- Any shipping or COD charges incurred by you will not be refunded.
- The exchange policy allows swapping of sizes only in exclusive cases where we find the case to be genuine & you received a different size from ordered size. We request you to get size chart of that particular product you intend to buy in case you have confusion. Plus Size may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. You can get the exact chart of particular product via WhatsApp.
- In case there is a mismatch in details of the items mentioned during raising the Return Request and the items being returned, we will conduct an internal investigation and get back to you.
- We will not process a return/refund if you fail to abide by the standard procedures defined by us. For example, shipping of any product without informing us is not our liability.
- Return and Exchange requests related to one order number must be done in one go to avoid complications.
Item should be returned in original packing. We recommend using a reliable courier services to ease track of order. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the good(s) during transit. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, it would result to billing or non-refund of the amount equivalent to the loss or damage. The return will be closed within 15 days from the day we receive the item(s) to be returned from the customer.
